Here are some commonly asked questions that should address the majority of queries we receive, we hope it will provide answers to your concerns. 

What do I get when I order an item from Scholastic Canada Teachables?
You will receive a downloadable PDF of the book or resource only.

Will I receive a physical paper copy of the book or resource also?
No. You will only receive a digital copy.

How will I get access to my PDF once I’ve ordered?
You will first receive an email confirmation of your order. A second email will be sent with a link to your PDF. If you do not receive this soon after your confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder.

Can I print, photocopy, or show pages of these PDFs on an interactive whiteboard to my class?
Yes! Just like when you buy a physical copy of these books, you are allowed to print and copy them and use them in your classroom as needed.

How long do I have access to my download?
Your link to your PDF will last for 365 days from the time of purchase. You must download your PDF within one year, and then it is yours to save and use for as long as you’d like.

Do I need to create an account if I already have a Scholastic Reading Club, Classroom Essentials, or other account?
Yes. You will need to create a new account for this site.

Can I use my Scholastic Reading Club Bonus Bank Rewards or Book Fair Rewards to make purchases on this site?
No, not at this time.
